Nightmare

I wrote earlier about Marian waking up during the night screaming. I could not fathom the reason at the time but my wife has suggested a very plausible reason judging from what Marian was uttering last night. She was saying "dinner .... me" and "lunch ..... me". She may well have been frustrated at not being able to eat her dinner and lunch by herself. This is the first glimpse into her nightmare.

So this may be the reason why Marian does not want to be consoled by me when she screams. I am the reason for the nightmare. I am going to let her eat on her own as much as possible from now on. I hope we can all get a good night's sleep soon.
